Double chocolat with Goodiepal

In our production studio we are developing several techniques to duplicate records in small editions. One of these is to cut a master, make a mold of it and duplicate it with 2 components in the mold. The result is a single sided record. Interesting with this technique is the possibility to make the record into a more sculptural thing. With Goodiepal we are making one like this. Adding the beautiful color brown, makes it like a chocolate object. Pavlov here we come.

The image is not that of the relase itself. We keep that for the surprise. This is just a conceptual principle of Platische Objecten.

Our first release focussing on the aspect of outsiders as a intuïtive guideline for making this real intens sound and printwork object. Sound by Goodiepal and Jessica Rylan, picture disc images by Joep van Liefland and Jani Horvonen.
